Delivery Policy

QRLivo is a fully digital online service operated by TEYOBI BILISIM YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. There are no physical products, so no shipping or postal delivery applies.

What you receive

• An active dynamic QR code and its hosted landing page (qrlivo.com/your-name), live for the period of the plan you choose.
• Unlimited downloads of its QR code as a high-resolution transparent PNG, a PNG with a white background and an SVG vector file.
• Editing, statistics and settings for that page in your dashboard during the plan.

When you receive it

Immediately. As soon as Paddle confirms your payment — usually within seconds — your page goes live and the QR code downloads unlock on the screen you're on. Paddle also emails you a receipt. Renewals add time to the page right away, and remaining days are never lost.

If something goes wrong

If your page isn't live within a few minutes of a successful payment, refresh the page or check "Orders" in your dashboard. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your order number (ML-…) and we'll fix it quickly.

Technical requirements

• An internet connection and a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge with JavaScript enabled, to design your page.
• Visitors only need a phone camera to scan the QR code and a browser to open the page — no app required.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock. Planned maintenance is done at low-traffic times, and we'll keep you informed of any significant outage.
