Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the QRLivo dynamic QR code plan — a digital service ordered by the BUYER via qrlivo.com — in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the BUYER's country of residence.
3. Service Details & Price

4. Payment & Billing
4.1 The order is formed when the BUYER completes and confirms the payment form.
4.2 Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Card details are never stored on the SELLER's servers.
4.3 Each plan is paid once, at the start of the period. Plans do not renew automatically; the BUYER is only charged again if they choose to buy another plan.
4.4 Prices are charged at the amount confirmed at the time of purchase. Paddle issues the receipt and invoice to the BUYER's email address.
5. Delivery
The service is digital in nature. The page is published and its QR code becomes available to download in the BUYER's account immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery applies. See our Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellation Right
Withdrawal and Refunds
Your withdrawal and refund rights are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Where Paddle processes payment, the Paddle Refund Policy also applies.
As plans do not renew, there is no subscription to cancel. See our Cancellation & Refund page for details.
7. Governing Law
Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumer arbitration committees are also competent, and consumers keep the protections of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
By completing checkout, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full.
