Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of qrlivo.com (the "Service"), operated by TEYOBI BILISIM YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, 1246th St. No:3/9, Cevizlidere Neighborhood, Cankaya, Ankara, Turkey ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QRLivo is a dynamic QR code service. You create a QR code together with the mobile landing page it opens (a "page") — for example a digital business card, a menu, a product or event page, or a greeting card — and you can edit that page at any time without changing the printed code. We also offer a free static QR code generator. Creating is free; activating a code and its page requires a plan for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.

3. Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and at checkout; applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle at checkout. Plans are one-time purchases: they do not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you buy another plan.

4. Delivery

The Service is delivered digitally. Your page is published and your QR code becomes available to download immediately after payment is confirmed. See our Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and display it only as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to share it, including any photos of other people.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to publish or link to anything that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive (including phishing or impersonation), hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, infringing, or that invades someone's privacy; to distribute malware or spam; or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may remove content or suspend pages and accounts that break these rules, without refund where the violation is serious.

8. Page addresses and QR codes

Your page address (qrlivo.com/your-name) is locked once the page is first published, so printed QR codes keep working. We may reclaim addresses that impersonate others or infringe trademarks. When a plan ends, the page shows a notice until it's renewed; your content is kept.

9. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design, templates, themes and effects, belongs to us. You may use the QR codes you download without restriction.

10. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we ever discontinue the Service, we'll give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of active plans.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and announce material changes by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
